After running a software business (GPS Police Inc.), and working in land development (West Creek) and finance (ATB), Basia and I decided to focus on real estate in the neighborhoods we live in and love. By focusing on four neighborhoods (Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Bearspaw, Tuscany), we often find off-market opportunities, giving buyers an advantage and helping sellers connect with the right buyers faster. Our data and finance backgrounds allow us to price homes accurately, ensuring sellers get top value and buyers don’t overpay.
